Natural Beauty

Best news ever: there are so many wonderful, affordable natural makeup and skincare products out there just waiting for you to give them a try! Let’s take a look at these budget friendly green beauty products — each $18 or less.

Looking to make the switch to green beauty products but worried about breaking your budget?

Or maybe you’ve already gone natural BUT just want to pick up a new shade of lipstick without feeling any guilt when your next credit card bill comes in (this is me… like, every other week).

Well guess what, natural beauty? You can have you cake and eat it too! (Or have your lipgloss and wear it too…? Does that work!?)

Because there are a bunch of wonderful, affordable natural beauty products out there! Let’s take a look — each of these options is $15 or less — and treat ourselves to something pretty, shall we?

NOTE/TIP: You’ll see a number of the products linked below will bring you to Pharmaca. I LOVE this company because they often have sales… and then a discount code (usually an additional 15-25% off) that stacks on top! So it’s become one of my favorite sites to buy natural beauty products (and supplements and more!) and one of my best tips to help you save money on healthy products.

100% Pure Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream | $16

Fun fact: I first learned about 100% Pure (now one of my favorite companies!) after reading an article about actress Kate Hudson’s favorite products… which included this green beauty cult-classic eye cream!

100% Pure Bright Eyes Mask | $7

Such a fun and effective under-eye treatment. And a little tip: these make GREAT gifts — everyone always gets really excited and thinks they’re so fun!

Acure Brilliantly Brightening Facial Scrub | $9.99

I think exfoliation is an absolute must: it helps to keep skin clear and stimulates collagen production. Yep, two biggies when it comes to skin health! And this scrub is gentle while providing a great exfoliation.

Acure Organic Argan Oil | $9.99

Now you know how I feel about oils. I. LOVE. THEM. I love to rub them all over my face, hair, and body. And argan oil is one of the best for all skin types — rich in protective antioxidants and provides amazing moisture.

Nourish Organic Moisturizing Face Cleanser | $14.99

A simple, certified organic face cleanser that won’t strip or irritate skin? Sounds good to me!

Herbivore Bamboo Charcoal Cleansing Bar | $12.00

Charcoal is the got skincare ingredient du jour and it’s no wonder why: it actually draws impurities out of the skin. This charcoal cleansing bar is a more budget-friendly alternative to the Beautycounter cult classic.

Thinksport Everyday Face Tinted Sunscreen SPF 30+ | $12.99

This has actually recently come to replace my much more expensive CC cream! The ingredients are simple, it provides a little bit of coverage, and offers great sun protection. Oh, and it smells really yummy… naturally!

Thayers Alcohol-Free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera | $7.99

Don’t underestimate witch hazel: it helps to balance the skin’s pH (key for reducing irritation and acne) and reduce the appearance of pores. Infused with the skin-loving power of roses, consider this option an upgrade on the classic.

Redmond Bentonite Clay | $10.99

If you don’t have bentonite clay yet, what the heck are you waiting for!? Mix it with a equal parts water and apple cider vinegar for an AMAZING pore-clearing, pH balancing face mask! Like activated charcoal, bentonite clay actually helps to draw impurities from pores, as well as absorb excess oil.

100% Pure Charcoal Konjac Sponge | $15

This gentle sponge gives your face wash a boost since both konjac plant and charcoal both draw dirt and impurities from pores. Plus it provides a light exfoliation — gentle enough to be had everyday (and we already talked about exfoliation but quick reminder: it’s a must!).

W3LL PEOPLE Bio Extreme Lipgloss | $14.99

So pretty and super reasonable. That’s it!

Alima Pure Natural Lip Tint | $13.99

I’m a huge tinted lip balm fan and this is one of my new favorites!

Gabriel Lipstick | $14.95

This is the lipstick pictured at the top of the post — that color, right!? (I have “Pomegranate” and Mauve” and recommend them both!) OK so I cheated on this one a bit! It’s $17.59 without a coupon applied but Pharmaca ALWAYS has a coupon of at least 15% off you can apply, so it’s on the list.

Lily Lolo Eyebrow Duo | $15

Now if you’ve ever seen a pic of me, you know that I need no assistance in the brow department. So I’ve never used this eyebrow filler myself but it has great reviews! And great ingredients at a great price point too, of course.

W3LL PEOPLE Elitist Satin Mineral Eyeshadow | $11.99

A whole bunch of lovely shades to choose from!

Honest Beauty Extreme Length Mascara + Lash Primer | $14.99

My newest favorite natural mascara! It provides AMAZING length without clumping or flaking. The primer is one small extra step but SO worth it!

Pacifica Stellar Gaze Length & Strength Mineral Mascara | $13.99

This mascara provides length and volume, and doesn’t flake. Of all the budget-friendly natural mascaras I’ve tried, this one definitely performed best.

  1. Absolutely! Many stores have GREAT refund policies even on open and used items.

  2. It is very difficult to buy a new product to use on yourself not knowing if it is going to cause an issue or not. One size does’t fit all! Would you agree and if so, what to do about this situation? Thanks.

  3. I would also add Burt’s Bees, Pacifica, Andalou Naturals, Honeybee Gardens (great makeup and nail polish), and Yes To.

  4. Do you have any suggestions for natural makeup companies/products that don’t use aloe as their base? So many natural products get rid of the chemicals by making aloe the main ingredient. I’m allergic and so I’m left with not very many options.
