I started working with Nadia after years of chronic GI issues that led to daily fatigue, intense brain fog, dehydration, and being stuck in a cycle of poor diet choices to "mask" these symptoms. I had worked with someone who claimed to be a wellness expert before, but the habits just never stuck in the past.   • Comprehensive health review

  • Resources such as recipes, shopping guides, meal plans, recommended reading, and anything additional that I think may bring benefit to you and your goals
  • Unlimited email access to answer any questions that may arise between calls
  • Monthly progress tracking

12 Week Nutritional Therapy Package

The ideal amount of time for those with multiple or more complex health goals, or those who simply want the ongoing support and accountability.

  • Initial 60-minute session where we really dive in deep and establish a plan
  • 5 40-minute follow-up sessions for accountability, progress tracking, and troubleshooting
  • Food journal analysis
  • Comprehensive health review
