Every superhero deserves a super cool name.
And why should superhero status be relegated to just buff dudes in tights? What about all of the unsung heroes out there? Don’t they deserve superhero status and a super cool name to boot? And I’m not just talking about the cat that saved the kid from the dog or your local Fire Chief (both heroes in my book).
I’m taking about cilantro, parsley, and chlorella! Because goodness gracious, these guys are STRONG: they are powerful natural chelating agents, helping eliminate persistent heavy metals from your system.
Thus from here on out this super trio is being dubbed The Green Magnet.
Note to self: make a pint-glass-sized cape in free time.
Cilantro is AMAZING for removing heavy metals such as mercury, aluminum, and lead from the body. According to according to Robert C. Atkins MD, taking 400 mg of cilantro a day can remove most heavy metals from the body in just two weeks.
Parsley is a natural diuretic, which stimulates the kidneys. Parsley is also rich in vitamin C, chlorophyll, beta-carotene, vitamin K, and folate, which are all help support the body’s natural detox systems. It also raises glutathione levels which supports the liver.
Chlorella is a binding agent that helps eliminate the heavy metals removed by cilantro. Binders prevent your body from reabsorbing the toxins, which is very important. It is also rich in vitamins A and C, magnesium, and zinc, which support your body’s detox systems.
